SILC means "Secure Internet Live Conferencing protocol", which provides secure conferencing services. In order to join the KEIN silc server for a multi-user chat you can log in via SSH or better download a silc-client on your local machine. The KEIN silc server listens at SILC.KEIN.ORG on port 706. Feel free to join or create a channel of your choice!
