KEIN mail server is currently running on FreeBSD 6.2 with postfix 2.5 and cyrus-imap 2.3. Spam is automatically filtered by amavisd-new 2.5 including spamassasin.

In order to set up your KEIN mail account in your local mail client, please use the following settings:

incoming mail server: mail.kein.org
ssl port: 993
authentication: password

outgoing mail server: mail.kein.org
ssl port: 465
authentication: password

Please make sure that you fill in your KEIN username (your email adress *without* @kein.org) and your password.
